The tablets are made of cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and they give the hot chocolate its unique flavor and richness. You don’t need to measure out each ingredient, as the tablets are already pre-measured. Bring the dough together with your hands. Divide in half. Working with one dough half at a time, roll the dough into a roughly 1-inch wide log. Try to use roasted or toasted almonds if possible. If you don’t find pecans and can only find almonds, that’s fine. Just substitute the number of pecans for the almonds.
