About this deal

The barrel extension snaps on to two nubs located on the right and left sides of the blaster’s muzzle.

It features two sling points near the front of the blaster: one on the removable barrel extension and one on the blaster itself. The blaster is compact, and, unlike most Nerf blasters, should fit nicely in a universal airsoft holster. Pumping the gun is more difficult though, and sometimes I noticed the pump wouldn't catch even though I would pull it all the way back. Products that contain small parts may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 3.

Since it doesn’t need a plunger rod, the design also cuts down on weight, improving the overall efficiency of the plunger mechanism as well. Children deserve the best, that's why we present to you Nerf Sharpfire Delta Hasbro, ideal for those who seek quality products for their little ones! This thing barely hits the 30 foot mark, which back in the early 2000's may have been acceptable but with blasters shooting usually in excess of 50 feet now, there's really no point in releasing something like this. The installation of the Blasterparts Spring into the Nerf N-Strike Sharpfire is quite easy as you simply have to remove the end-cap of the outboard plunger tube, which is secured by a couple of screws to get access to the spring.

After replacing the spring with the Blasterparts product, simply screw the plunger cap back on and you are done. This blaster is essentially a scaled down version of the same direct plunger breech that you would find in a Longshot or a Retaliator. While it is frustrating to see Hasbro back track after we were told that there would be no more new N-Strike blasters, it isn’t the first time Hasbro has failed to shoot straight with us. Considering the size of the plunger tube, I think that a simple air restrictor removal and spring upgrade are all it will take to make this blaster a winner.
