I once read an article that ISO 200 was the lowest sensitivity available in film and therefore ISO 100LOLz. If your subject is blurry, progressively raise your ISO and use a faster shutter speed until motion blur disappears. Back when I was using it, it was ASA 200 and seemed to be heavy with silver and gave beautiful results outside!
