It's not terrible by any means, but it doesn't look quite as good as many other titles do on the small screen. However, because it’s not running on the Frostbite engine, FIFA 18 on Switch doesn’t play exactly like the other current-gen versions. Really, my only complant is the lack of eight player multiplayer as I can't think of a single reason why it wouldn't be included, and it could have give the Switch version a distinct advantage over the competition, at least where local multiplayer is concerned.

For me portability is the killer feature with this version of Fifa so I'm in and as ultimate team is my main gig it has the main guts I want.
