A poor condition book can still make a good reading copy but is generally not collectible unless the item is very scarce. Pages are lightly foxed, and have a slight waviness in places, but are undamaged and entirely legible. The first five chapters of the book are all about the history of the Great British Capital City and contain drawings and photographs from each time period. A beautiful book commemorating the ascension of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, as well as their majesties coronation on May 12, 1937. Moderate cracking to gutters and hinges causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached.

It also speaks of the ceremony that King George VI underwent in 1937 and the symbolic reasoning behind every action.
