Second-hand embarrassment is not enough as a feeling to describe what I've been through reading this book. This was enjoyable and having watched the show was interested to see how the book would differ from the show. If I forgot Conrad, if I evicted him from my heart, pretended like he was never there, it would be like doing those things to Susannah. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. But, Belly isn’t fair to him because ever time Conrad says 3 words to her, suddenly she’s begging on her knees for him.

Jeremiah , his gorgeous younger brother, is still Isabel's best friend - but maybe friendship isn't enough for him anymore . But honestly, Conrad is just too precious for me to be mad at him… so I think Belly is just being unfair to everyone.She is still pining over Conrad and yet, the first real chance she gets to lock lips with Jeremiah, she jumps right in, managing to hurt Conrad in the process, like somehow although she's known all along that he really loves her, being kissed by his brother, convinces her that she is suddenly over him. We had so much fun dissecting the book and ended up typing over 3700 words through conversation on google docs about it. I used to think that if I wanted it bad enough, wished hard enough, everything would work out the way it was supposed to. I was friends with Marcy, but the rest, Katie and Evelyn and those girls, they were more Taylor's friends.

I felt like I actually understood Conrad far less at the end of this book than I did at the end of the first one, Belly regressed a lot and Jeremiah wasn't the same person as the first book. From the author of To All The Boys I've Loved Before (now a smash-hit Netflix movie), perfect for fans of The Kissing Booth, Rainbow Rowell and Holly Bourne.The narration is so goof and the story line is amazing overall this series left my jaw on the floor! She's selfish and childish in a way that i'm sure some people hate, but to me, it's completely relatable. But in this installment of the series the characters have grown and the story seems a little deeper and more meaningful.
