This card enables you to choose what color you want the play to continue with. Just play the card and announce what color you want it to be. You can play this card on any color, and also choose any color you wish. If a Wild card is turned up at the start, the first player gets to choose what color to continue play. When you play this card, you get to choose what color you want to continue with, and also force the next player to draw 4 cards and skip their turn. Unlike the normal Wild card though, you can only play this card on your turn when you don’t have a card of the same color as the one on the Discard pile.
