The book is excellent - not quite got my head round Nisha's thinking - but the recipes and stories are brilliant. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. If you like your curry scented rather than just od'ed on Cayenne Pepper, this is a handy book to have on the kitchen shelf. With 15 minutes extra there was still too much bite to the cabbage to qualify as "completely soft" or "silky".
