The original Poly Voyager Focus UC was stated to give you up to 100 feet of wireless range. The Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC claims a wireless range of up to 164 feet. Mobile professionals with extensive PC/Mac and mobile communications in noisy environments; featuring Active Noise Canceling and smart sensor technology I bought this for office use. The noise cancelling is terrible. In fact, after turning the noise cancelling ON, I not only hear the voice of my colleagues but their voice starts sounding unnatural and tinny. Also, no change in cancelling any other noises. It is also very uncomfortable for wearing more than an hour or two. The set pushes on your ears causing headaches multiple times. MS Teams functionality also does not work although it certified for teams. I expected better from Poly for such a premium product. The Poly Voyager Focus 2 gives you over twice as much talk time with up to 25 hours. This assumes that the Active Noise Cancellation and Busy Light features aren’t activated. But if they are, you still get up to 16 hours of battery life. Bluetooth does not work for a surface computer. I am having worst experience with this device.
